How Our Podcast Audio Editing Process Works

You’ve recorded your episode. Here’s what happens next:

Step 1: Send Us Your Files

Once your podcast is recorded, getting it to us is easy.

You can either share a link to the platform you used (Zoom, Riverside, Meet, etc.) or upload your files directly to the shared folder we’ve created for you on our drive. Then just send us an email to let us know your episode is ready for editing.

You don’t need to give us timestamps or flag every “um”—we’ve got that covered. But if there’s a sensitive section you want removed (off-the-record or client-specific), just let us know.

Step 2: Audio Cleanup

Before editing, we give your audio a precision cleanup pass:

Remove background noise and mouth clicks
Fix plosives (like p-pops), phase issues and other distractions
Prep for editing by balancing tone and clarity

Step 3: Intentional Editing

Our podcast producers don’t just trim audio—they make creative decisions that protect pacing, shape narrative flow and keep your voice front and center. This is where Redrum Creative shines.
