Meet Your Podcast Producer
Real people. Real feedback. No layers. No fluff.
Your Podcast Producers.
At Redrum Creative, we’re podcast producers with deep roots in sound. Our three founders have spent decades behind the scenes shaping the audio you’ve heard in blockbuster films, hit TV shows and nationally syndicated broadcasts — but here, it’s personal.
We bring that same high-end expertise to every podcast we touch, whether we’re building immersive soundscapes, tightening your dialogue or crafting original intros that hook listeners in seconds.
Our background includes audio for global brands and household names — the kind of work that demands precision, speed and creative instincts honed over thousands of hours in the studio.
But Redrum doesn’t feel like a production house. It feels like a family. We work directly with podcasters and creators, offering real conversations and creative collaboration rather than relying on ticket numbers and template fixes.
From post-production to launch strategy, our podcast editors help shows sound better, connect deeper and grow faster. It’s not just editing. It’s storytelling, engineered.

Our Philosophy.
We don’t believe in editing the humanity out of your voice. Period.
Perfection isn’t the goal — connection is. Sometimes, conversation happens in the quiet. A pause. A breath. A moment that gives your words room to land.
We shape sound with intention — not to sterilize it, but to make it impactful. That means editing for clarity, vibe and flow — not just noise reduction.
Want it ultra-clean? We can do that. Want to leave some air in the mix? That’s where we shine.
At Redrum, we don’t over-sanitize. We edit with purpose.
You should know your podcast producer, and trust them to get it right from the start.
At Redrum Creative, you work with the same senior team from day one. No handoffs. Just hand-crafted sound from the team behind top-charting shows and global brands.

3 Founders. Sound Designers. Your Podcast Producers.
We built Redrum Creative to be the kind of podcast production team we’d want to hire: personal, precise and invested in your sound. Meet the founders behind the brand: Paul, Joe, and Mike.
Paul Bahr, Founder
With over 25 years of experience in audio post-production, Paul Bahr has become a trusted name in the world of podcast editing and immersive sound design. His work can be heard on several Apple Top 100 podcasts, including Heart Starts Pounding, Predators I've Caught, Foul Play, and Superhero Leadership. To date, he’s edited more than 20,000 podcast episodes, creating cinematic audio experiences that are so engaging, listeners have been known to miss their highway exits.
Beyond podcasting, Paul has contributed to award-winning television series and films, helped brand over 1,000 radio stations globally, and voiced national ad campaigns for industry giants like Universal and Sony.
Paul and his team regularly collaborate with Fortune 500 companies to elevate their audio content, with clients including Apple, Netflix, Walmart, Disney, Pandora, YouTube, Verizon, and more. Whether it's podcast production, corporate sound design, or broadcast branding, Paul brings storytelling to life—one mix at a time.

Mike Madrigal, Founder
Mike Madrigal is a seasoned podcast producer with more than 35 years behind the mic and the mix, shaping audio that connects — and lasts. He has voiced, edited and branded everything from national radio to TV and film, building a career on storytelling through sound.
As a longtime West Coast Creative Services Director at Clear Channel (now iHeart), stationed at KIIS FM in Los Angeles, Mike helped brand more than 1,000 radio stations and produced imaging for the Los Angeles Dodgers and Rick Dees’ Weekly Top 40. His voiceover and sound design work has supported global brands like Apple, Disney, Walmart and Pandora — often building the entire sonic identity from the ground up.
Also an on-screen performer, Mike has appeared in shows such as Modern Family, Private Practice, ER and The George Lopez Show. But his true zone is behind the board — whether he’s voicing a spot, designing a mix or cutting dialogue with precision.
Mike’s podcast work includes multiple shows that have charted in the Apple Podcasts Top 50. He’s known for crafting conversation edits that feel natural, elevated and always human.

Joe Edwards, Founder
Joe Edwards is the kind of voice you recognize — even if you don’t realize it. Heard by millions every day, as the voice of Walmart and Sam’s Club Radio nationwide, Transformers toy campaigns, Nintendo game launches, podcast intros, video game characters, Pandora, streaming platforms and broadcast.
Before Redrum, Joe led creative and sonic branding for multiple top-rated stations as a Creative Services and Imaging Director at major networks, including CBS and Clear Channel. His work shaped the sound of entertainment brands across formats — and laid the groundwork for the immersive podcast experiences he helps build today.
At Redrum, Joe oversees voice direction, custom music and sound effects. His range — from relaxed to cinematic — combined with his deep experience in sound design, makes him a rare blend of performer and audio architect. Whether he’s voicing your intro or designing the moment your story drops into silence, Joe brings clarity, character and energy to every project.

We could tell you how much our clients love working with us, but we’ll let them do it instead.
"Redrum brings exceptional quality to every edit and adds the kind of polish and brand consistency that makes the show stand out. We get to focus on making content while they makes it something people want to hear."

"RedRum Creative doesn’t just produce podcasts—they make them sing. They bring the perfect mix of technical wizardry and creative soul that takes every episode from good to world-class."
